The Diesel Underground Excavatoris an explosion-proof diesel-powered excavator specially designed for underground projects such as coal mines, metal mines, and tunnels. Its core functions include underground roadway excavation, rock loading, bottom cleaning, lowering the machine, pillar expansion, water ditch/water reservoir excavation, crushing, and loading.In essence, it is an underground specialized equipment featuring explosion-proof diesel power, a compact body, and a dedicated hydraulic system, which is distinct from ordinary excavators.Equipped with an explosion-proof diesel engine and equipped with exhaust purification technology, it meets the explosion-proof and emission requirements for underground operations. It can be used for comprehensive operations such as excavation, crushing, loading, slag removal, and leveling in underground tunnels without power supply, long distances, complex sections, and narrow spaces.

Structural Composition
Working mechanism: Performs operations such as excavation, loading, crushing, and slag removal.
Chassis assembly: Supports the overall weight of the machine, enables forward, backward and turning movements. The track structure ensures stable movement on muddy and uneven road surfaces underground.
Hydraulic system: Controls the speed, force and direction of the working mechanism, rotation and movement.
Power section: Utilizes explosion-proof diesel engines, which can operate safely in underground environments with high dust and low gas levels, providing the entire power source for the entire machine.
Electrical system: The electrical components are designed with explosion-proof features. They control functions such as start-up, stoppage, operation, lighting, and alarm, achieving safety protection (overload, oil temperature, and pressure protection) to ensure the safety of underground operations.
Rotary mechanism: It enables the cab and the working mechanism to perform a 360° horizontal rotation, allowing for multi-directional and multi-angle operations in the narrow underground environment, eliminating the need for frequent vehicle relocation.
