The maximum capacity of the bucket can reach 1.8m³, and it can be used with a high-power hydraulic system to achieve fast filling operations.
The side discharge rock loader has been widely used in open-pit mines, underground mines and other mining scenarios. It can efficiently complete the shoveling and transportation tasks of loose rocks, ores, and muck after blasting, especially in heavy-duty mine operating environments with narrow spaces, complex maneuvers, and high safety requirements. It is the core equipment to improve the efficiency of mechanized construction in mines.
The whole machine adopts a modular design. The core components, such as hydraulic cylinders and crawler running mechanisms, have a low failure rate and are easy to maintain. It is driven by a diesel engine and supports long-term continuous operation.
The electrical system of the vehicle adopts an explosion-proof design and can operate safely in flammable and explosive mine environments such as dust and gas. It is equipped with a multi-functional monitor screen that displays hydraulic pressure, engine temperature and other parameters in real time, making it easy to detect abnormalities in time and reduce operating risks.
