The application scenarios of the slag scraper are extremely broad. In mining operations, whether it is the mining and loading operations of metallic or non-metallic ores, or the excavation and loading tasks of different sections such as inclined shafts, vertical shafts, and tunnels, it can be efficiently competent. In engineering fields such as tunnel excavation and diversion tunnels, slag scrapers also perform brilliantly.It uses a hydraulic crawler chassis and a backhoe system to accurately grab rocks or ores. The grabbed materials pass through the central scraper conveyor trough and are quickly transferred to the rear mine cars or belt conveyors to achieve continuous slag discharging.
The powerful hydraulic crawler drive configuration gives it excellent climbing ability. Even in complex and rugged terrain areas or humid and water-logged tunnel environments, it can still carry out operations stably. In the blasting excavation process, the slag scraper needs to be parked 20 meters away to create conditions for the drilling rig to drill holes. After the explosive blasting is completed, the scattered slag and rocks are quickly cleaned up and work seamlessly with subsequent secondary transport belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment to ensure a compact and efficient operation process.
