1. Seamless connection of the whole process
Realize the integrated operation of the whole process of slag removal, loading, piping, and loading, without the need for multiple equipment and reducing intermediate links. The full-section rock loading technology can cover the entire operation area without cleaning dead corners, saving manual secondary processing and greatly improving operation efficiency.
2. Flexible modular configuration
It supports additional modules such as crushing devices, cable drums, and belt conveyors, and is equipped with a quick-change mechanism that can complete tool replacement within 5 minutes. The excavation size and body width can be customized according to the needs of the job site. The conventional climbing angle is ±20°, and it can be upgraded to a ±30° large-slope version for special needs.
3. Compact track design, worry-free on complex terrain
The crawler model has a small ground contact pressure and excellent performance, and can easily cope with complex terrain such as mud and loose sand. A variety of specifications are available, and small equipment can enter low tunnel operations to meet the needs of narrow spaces. Equipped with a real-time load monitoring system to effectively avoid equipment overload damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control system ensures smooth operation without impact, strong coordination, and reduces operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability, low failure rate, and easy maintenance.
The slag scraper can be regarded as a powerful equipment for continuous and efficient mining. It is an excellent alternative to the rake bucket rock loader and vertical claw loader in the mine. It can fully meet the slag loading needs during small-section tunnel construction. It is active in various cross-section excavation and loading operations in mine inclined shafts and vertical shaft tunnels. It also plays an important role in the excavation and loading of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, and manganese ore. It is also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and diversion tunnel projects.The slag scraper adopts a fully hydraulic crawler structure. With its unique backhoe system, it can easily scrape rocks or ores into the central scraper transport trough, and then rely on the scraper transport mechanism to send materials from the front to various connecting equipment at the rear, such as mining trucks, belt conveyors, cars, etc. Additionally, its bucket can be used to clean work surfaces. It is driven by a hydraulic motor with a crawler running mechanism. It has strong power, excellent climbing ability and excellent maneuverability. It can operate stably even in wet tunnels with water accumulation.
