In mining operations, side-discharging rock loaders are a new generation of crawler-type trackless loading equipment with unique advantages. It is mainly used for loading coal, rock and ore in coal mines and other mine tunnels, and also has excellent performance in rock loading in small-section full-rock tunnels.
The equipment has a strong insertion force and can easily cope with various hard geological conditions, quickly cutting into materials for efficient loading; it has good maneuverability and can freely shuttle and flexibly turn in narrow tunnels; it has full-section operation capabilities to improve the comprehensiveness and efficiency of operations; it is highly safe, providing a safe working environment for operators; and it is rich in functions, making one machine multi-purpose.
In addition to loading operations, it can also provide power for hydraulic drilling tools and serve as a working platform during support to complete short-distance transportation, undercover work, and gang cleaning on the working surface. If equipped with a breaker, it can break large rocks and coal, speed up the excavation, and improve overall economic benefits. It consists of a side-mounted shovel mechanism, crawler traveling assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system, electrical system and other parts. All parts work closely together to ensure stable and efficient operation of the equipment. Users can select appropriate equipment based on the actual tunnel section and loading efficiency requirements.
