It can be equipped with breakers, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and is equipped with a quick-change device to realize tool replacement in 5 minutes; the excavation height, width and body width can be customized. The normal climbing grade is ±20°, and the large slope model can be ±30°.
3. Multiple models to choose from, a new experience in safe operation
The crawler model is designed with low ground pressure and has strong passability, and can adapt to complex terrains such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the compact model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The load monitoring system provides real-time warning of overload risks to avoid equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and impact-free, with good coordination and reducing operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and simple maintenance.
The slag scraper can be called an "all-rounder" for continuous and efficient mining. It is an ideal upgrade option for rake rock loaders and vertical claw loaders in the mining field. It specializes in slag loading problems in small-section tunnel construction. In various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and shaft tunnels, it has won praise for its high operating efficiency; in the mining and loading of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore, it is a key equipment to ensure efficient production. In addition, slag scrapers are also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It has a fully hydraulically driven crawler shape. The unique backhoe system is like a smart "digger", which can quickly pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute. The scraper transport mechanism then relies on the scraper transport mechanism to orderly transport the materials from the front to the connecting equipment at the rear. At the same time, the bucket can also clean the working surface and improve the working environment. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has sufficient power, strong climbing ability, and flexibility. It can operate normally even in wet tunnels with water accumulation, providing strong support for the smooth progress of the project.
