It supports the expansion of crushing devices, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and can realize tool replacement within 5 minutes through the quick-change device; the excavation size and body width can be adjusted on site, the standard climbing angle is ±20°, and the customized version can reach a large slope of ±30°.
3. Compact design, fully adaptable to complex terrain and narrow spaces
The low ground contact pressure crawler design improves passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and small equipment can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of narrow space operations. The overload protection system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure safe operation. The pilot valve control technology achieves smooth operation and reduces impact and fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and makes maintenance convenient and efficient.
The slag scraper is a practical tool for continuous and efficient mining. It is specially designed to replace mine rake rock loaders and vertical claw loaders, and can efficiently meet the slag loading requirements for small-section tunnel construction. In the excavation and loading operations of inclined shafts and vertical shafts in mines, it can efficiently complete the slag loading task no matter what complex cross-sections are faced; at the mining and loading sites of phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore and other ores, it is an important equipment to ensure the smooth progress of production. At the same time, slag scrapers also play an indispensable role in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It has a fully hydraulic-assisted crawler structure, and the unique backhoe system is like a precise "grabber" that accurately grabs rocks or ores and sends them to the central scraper transport chute, and then quickly transports the materials from the front to the rear connection equipment through the scraper transport mechanism. Moreover, the bucket can also clean the work surface and keep the work area clean and orderly. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong performance, strong climbing force, and good maneuverability. It can work stably and reliably in damp tunnels with water accumulation.
