Through the four-in-one integration of slag removal, loading, conveying and loading, the operation process is seamlessly connected. The full-section rock loading capability ensures full coverage of the working surface, eliminates dead corners, reduces manual intervention, and improves operating efficiency.
2. Flexible job expansion design
It can be equipped with crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and is equipped with a quick change system, which can complete tool switching in 5 minutes. The excavation parameters and body width can be customized as needed. The normal climbing ability is ±20°, and the large slope model can be increased to ±30°.
3. Terrain adaptation expert, safe and worry-free operation
The crawler model adopts a low ground pressure structure and has excellent performance to cope with complex terrains such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the small model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The real-time load monitoring system avoids overload damage and ensures operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and coordinated and reduces fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and convenient and quick maintenance.
As a key equipment for continuous and efficient mining, the slag scraper has become an ideal replacement choice for rake rock loaders and claw loaders in mining operations, accurately matching the slag loading construction of small-section tunnels. In various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and shaft tunnels, it stands out with its efficient operating capabilities; in the mining and loading process of phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore and other ores, it shows strong strength. In addition, slag scrapers are also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It uses a crawler structure with a fully hydraulic system. The unique backhoe system is like an efficient "collector" to quickly pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute, and then rely on the scraper transport mechanism to smoothly transport materials from the front to the rear connection equipment. At the same time, the bucket can also clean the working surface to ensure a good working environment. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has abundant power, strong climbing ability, and is as maneuverable as an agile "cheetah". It can operate freely even in wet tunnels with water.
