Strong climbing ability
The full-section loading design of the side-discharging rock loader eliminates the need for frequent position adjustments and covers the entire working surface of the tunnel at one time, which can meet the needs of large-scale transportation equipment. It has a gradeability of up to 16° and can operate in inclined tunnels, and the crawler traveling mechanism enhances equipment stability.
The side-unloading rock loader breaks through the functional boundaries of traditional loading equipment and maintains stable operation under complex geological conditions. Equipped with an undercover device, the minimum ground clearance reaches 180mm, and it can go deep into the tunnel floor to complete dredging operations, increasing the coverage rate of "shovel-free operations" to 95%;
The unloading method allows the side-unloading rock loader and the transport vehicle to operate side by side without the need to turn around. It is more suitable in tunnels or other sites with smaller road widths, improving work efficiency.
The explosion-proof diesel engine is used as the drive, which can meet the explosion-proof requirements of gas mines. It is equipped with a breaker hammer to complete the crushing operation and realize the crushing and loading functions.
The design of the side-discharging rock loader focuses on operability, and each operating mechanism is simple and clear. Users can quickly get started with the operation and avoid the risk of misoperation.
