1.Low center of gravity design
The whole machine has a reasonable layout and a low center of gravity. It has excellent stability when driving and operating on rugged working surfaces, effectively reducing the risk of overturning.
2.Excellent vision
The optimized design of the driver's operating room provides a broad view of the front shovel loading and side unloading areas, reducing blind spots and making operation safer.
The side discharge rock loader is the core equipment for mine tunnel excavation. It uses a crawler traveling mechanism and a hydraulic drive system. Through a sealed and lubricated crawler design, the wear resistance of the traveling part is enhanced, and the service life is increased by more than 30% compared with traditional models. The bucket lip is made of high-strength alloy steel, which can easily cut into rocks with a hardness of F8 during all-rock tunnel construction. Through the coordinated operation of the lifting cylinder, bucket cylinder and side discharge cylinder, the bucket insertion angle is dynamically adjusted, and combined with the 16MPa working mechanism pressure, the single-cycle loading efficiency is increased by 25%.
The side-discharging rock loader supports auxiliary operations such as undercover, gang cleaning, and site leveling; through the quick-change device and hydraulic breaker, the large rocks remaining after blasting can be crushed on-site to achieve "integrated operations" of loading and crushing.
