1. New model of efficient operation
The integrated design of slag removal, loading, piping and loading is adopted to reduce equipment switching time. The full-section rock loading capability enables full coverage of the working surface, eliminates dead corners, saves manual intervention, and improves operating speed.
2. Modular expansion plan
It can be attached with crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyor systems, etc. It is equipped with quick replacement, and tool replacement can be completed in 5 minutes. The excavation height, width and body width can be customized. The normal climbing grade is ±20°, and the large slope model can be ±30°.
3. Compact design, both terrain adaptability and safe operation
The crawler model adopts a low ground pressure structure, has strong passability, and can handle complex terrain such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the small model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The real-time load monitoring system avoids overload damage and ensures operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and coordinated and reduces fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and convenient and efficient maintenance.
The slag scraper is a high-quality equipment for continuous and efficient mining. It can seamlessly replace the existing mine rake rock loader and vertical claw loading equipment, fully meeting the needs of slag loading construction in small tunnel cross-section scenarios. It provides support for the excavation and loading operations of different sections of mine inclined shafts, shafts and tunnels. It is also frequently used in the excavation and loading operations of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore and manganese ore. It is also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels and diversion tunnel projects.
The slag scraper is equipped with a fully hydraulic crawler system and relies on a dedicated backhoe assembly to complete the rock scraping operation. After the material enters the central scraper conveying channel, it is transported from the front to the rear-end material receiving equipment by the continuous scraper transport mechanism. At the same time, the bucket can be used to clean the work surface. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong power, good climbing ability, and good maneuverability, and can operate stably in wet tunnels with water accumulation.
