1. Intelligent operation integration platform
It integrates the four functions of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading to form a single-equipment full-process operation system. The full-section rock loading technology covers all areas of the working surface, eliminating the need for manual cleaning of corners and achieving efficient and continuous production.
2. Efficiently adapt to job needs
It is equipped with breakers, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc. that can be quickly replaced, and the replacement time is as short as 5 minutes. The excavation size and body width can be adjusted according to the on-site environment. The standard climbing angle is ±20°, and the customized model supports large slope operations of ±30°.
3. Applicable to multiple scenarios, new experience of safe operation
The low ground contact pressure crawler design improves passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and the compact model can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of operations in narrow spaces. The overload protection system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure safe operation. Pilot valve control technology achieves smooth operation and reduces impact and fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and simple and convenient maintenance.
As a continuous and high-efficiency ore extraction tool, the slag scraper is an ideal alternative to mine rake rock loaders and vertical claw loaders, and can meet the slag loading needs of small-section construction in tunnels. Slag scrapers are indispensable in various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts, as well as in the mining and loading operations of phosphorus, iron, manganese and other ores. At the same time, it also has important applications in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.The slag scraper adopts a fully hydraulic crawler structure and relies on a unique backhoe system to scrape rocks or ores, send them to the central scraper transport tank, and then send the materials from the front to the rear connection equipment through the scraper transport mechanism. Moreover, the bucket can clean the work surface. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has excellent performance, strong climbing ability and flexible movement, and can operate normally in wet and water-filled tunnels.
