The Side Dump Loader for Sale is a new generation of trackless loading equipment with crawler travel. It is mainly used for loading coal and rock (or other types of ore) in the roadways of coal mines (or other types of mines), and can also be used for rock loading in small-section all-rock roadways. It features large insertion force, good mobility, full-section operation, good safety, and multi-functionality in one machine. In addition to completing loading operations, it can also provide power for hydraulic drilling tools, serve as a working platform during support, and complete short-distance transportation, filling and clearing of the working face. It can be equipped with a breaker to complete the crushing operation of large rocks and coal blocks, which can significantly increase the tunneling speed and achieve good comprehensive economic benefits.
The ZCY series fully hydraulic side unloading and rock loading machine is composed of seven parts: side loading shovel mechanism, track traveling assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system and electrical system.
According to the difference in loading capacity, it is divided into different power specifications. Users can choose the suitable model based on the actual cross-sectional size of their own tunnels and different requirements for loading efficiency.
