The low ground contact pressure track design enhances passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and the compact model can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of operations in narrow spaces. The overload alarm system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control technology enables smooth and shock-free operation and reduces operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and simple and efficient maintenance.
Slag scrapers, also known as backhoe loaders, can handle the slag removal work of small cross-sections of tunnels very well. It can be used for excavation and loading of various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts and tunnels, and is also suitable for mining and loading of various types of mines. It is widely used in tunnel projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels. It consists of seven parts including hydraulic and electronic control. During blast excavation, the slag scraper is parked on the back side, and the drill truck moves forward to drill holes. Then the drill truck retreats for protection. After the blasting, the debris is scattered. The slag scraper is driven to discharge the slag head on, and the second transport belt conveyor can be connected to the rear.
