1. Full coverage operation plan
Integrate the entire process of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading into one, forming an operation mode in which a single device completes multiple processes. The full-section rock loading technology ensures that no missing areas are left on the working surface, eliminating the need for manual filling and improving work efficiency.
2. Efficient customized operating system
It can be equipped with breaker hammers, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and tool switching can be completed in as little as 5 minutes; the excavation size and body width can be adjusted according to on-site needs. Conventional climbing is ±20°, and customized models support large slope operations of ±30°.
3. Compact track, full coverage of complex terrain
Low ground pressure design, strong passability. Available in multiple specifications, the small equipment is suitable for low tunnel operations.
Backhoe loaders, commonly known as slag scrapers, can complete the task of removing slag from small sections of tunnels. It is suitable for excavation and loading of various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts, as well as mining and loading operations in various mines. It is also used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels.
It consists of seven major systems, including hydraulics, electronic control, etc. During blasting and excavation operations, the slag scraper moves backwards and the drill truck moves forward to drill holes. After drilling, the drill truck retreats for protection. After the blasting, the slag is scattered, and the slag scraper discharges the slag again. Afterwards, it can be connected to the secondary transport belt conveyor, scraper conveyor or mine car.
