1. Uninterrupted operating system
Through the four-in-one integrated design of slag removal, loading, conveying and loading, the operation process is continuous. The full-section rock loading technology covers the entire operating plane, eliminating blind spots for cleaning, reducing manual intervention, and improving operating efficiency.
2. Flexible operation expansion plan
It can be equipped with crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and is equipped with a quick-change mechanism to realize tool replacement in 5 minutes; the excavation parameters and body width can be customized. The standard climbing angle is ±20°, and the large-slope model can reach ±30°.
3. Improved terrain adaptability and operational safety
Low grounding specific pressure, suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and the small model meets the needs of narrow space operations. The overload protection system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure safe operation. Pilot valve control technology enables smooth operation and reduces impact and fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and is easy to maintain and efficient.
The slag scraper, that is, the backhoe loader, can meet the slag extraction needs of small cross-sections in the tunnel. Whether it is the excavation and loading of various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts, or the excavation and loading of different mines, it can do the job. Slag scrapers are also widely used in tunnel projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels.
It consists of seven parts including hydraulic, electronic control and working arm. In the blasting excavation process, the slag scraper is first moved back 20 meters to park on the side, and then the drilling rig is moved forward to drill holes, and then the drill truck is backed up for protection.
