Product Details
The ZCY Side Unloading Rock Loader is a mine-used explosion-proof tunnel loading equipment independently designed and produced by Shandong Keke Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is equipped with a core configuration featuring electric drive and is specifically tailored for complex underground working conditions such as high gas content and coal dust explosion hazards. It is a core equipment for modern mine mechanized operations. The equipment is driven by a flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor, with stable power output and strong overload capacity. It is combined with a hydraulic transmission system to achieve precise and controllable loading actions, without exhaust pollution, and meets the requirements of green mine construction.
The product has the advantage of "one machine for multiple uses". Besides the core loading function, the bucket can be raised to serve as a support work platform, assisting in roof management, support hoisting, and other processes. It can also perform short-distance transportation within the working face, lowering, and pillar clearing auxiliary operations. It can also complete large rock crushing operations with a crushing hammer. The crawler-type walking design and compact body enable flexible movement in narrow tunnels, suitable for ≤16° slope tunnel operations. The full-section loading efficiency is 8-10 times higher than manual operations.
The bucket of the equipment is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, with strong insertion force, and can easily handle hard rocks, coal gangue, etc. It can be seamlessly connected with drilling machines and conveyors to form an integrated operation line, significantly reducing the single-cycle operation time. The complete explosion-proof monitoring and hydraulic braking system ensure safety in underground operations.
