Function Introduction
Integrates multiple drilling functions: multi-layer hole construction in coal seams, water exploration and drainage construction, gas extraction construction, deep geological rock drilling, and group-type drilling for other purposes.
The equipment is designed in an integrated manner, integrating the main unit, pumping station and tracks into one. This significantly reduces the size of the equipment, making it compact and allowing for more flexible operation. It can be used for various drilling applications in narrow spaces.
Through the hydraulic transmission system, combined with the angle-adjusting reducer and the lifting cylinder, it can be adjusted at multiple angles, enabling various multi-directional and multi-angle drilling operations at different heights.
The multi-way directional valve cooperates, and the drilling rig can be independently adjusted. It can quickly achieve the functions of drilling, reversing the drill string, and lowering the drill bit. The operation is more flexible and convenient.
Main components
This drill rig adopts a modular layout and is divided into three main parts: the main unit, the hydraulic station and the operation console, which are connected to each other by rubber hoses.
⭕Main unit:This drilling rig is independently developed by our company. Compared with the original model, it features stepless speed regulation, automatic lifting, automatic supporting, universal rotation, hydraulic linkage, high safety, convenient transportation and high reliability. It is suitable for drilling in various coal seams and rock formations with a rock firmness coefficient of f≤10. It is especially applicable for borehole drilling in complex and variable roadways underground without moving the rig.
⭕Hydraulic station:The hydraulic drill serves as the power source of the drilling rig. The motor drives the oil pump to operate via a pin coupling, which draws oil from the oil tank and discharges high-pressure oil to power all the executive mechanisms of the drilling rig through the operation console. Adjusting the handwheel at the end of the oil pump can change the pump's displacement, enabling stepless regulation of the rotation and feeding speed of the main unit.
⭕Operation console:The rig’s control device integrates all operating parts of the whole machine in one unit, equipped with marked operation controls for each functional part, enabling easy and convenient operation.
