The main features of ZCY series fully hydraulic side discharge rock loaders are superior to other types of rock loaders:
a. The bucket can be used to lift heavy objects, such as metal supports and tires for support, and can also transport materials over short distances, such as sand and gravel, and carry small equipment.
b. After the bucket is lifted, it can serve as a supporting working platform to facilitate roof management.
c. It can provide high-pressure oil source for other equipment, such as providing power for hydraulic anchor drilling rigs.
d. The excellent undercover and gang cleaning performance of this machine will enable 100% mechanization of loading operations for the first time, making the "shovel-less" working surface truly a reality.
4. Bidirectional uninstallation
The left and right unloading directions can be quickly interchanged according to on-site operating conditions.
The side discharge rock loader is a new generation of trackless loading equipment that travels on tracks. It is mainly used for loading coal and rock (or other types of ores) in the tunnels of coal mines (or other types of mines). It can also be used for rock loading in small-section full-rock tunnels. It has the characteristics of large insertion force, good maneuverability, full-section operation, good safety, and multi-purpose machine. In addition to completing loading operations, it can also provide power for hydraulic drilling tools, serve as a working platform during support, complete short-distance transportation, undercover, and cleaning of the working surface. It can be equipped with a breaker hammer to complete the crushing operations of large rocks and coal, which can significantly increase the excavation speed and achieve good comprehensive economic benefits.
The ZCY series side-discharging rock loader consists of seven parts: side-loading shovel mechanism, crawler walking assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system, and electrical system.
According to different loading capacities, it is divided into five different power specifications: ZCY45R, ZCY60R, ZCY80R, ZCY100R, and ZCY120R. Users can choose a suitable model according to the actual cross-section size of their own tunnel and different requirements for loading efficiency.
