Stability and security
The crawler walking design has strong climbing ability, a climbing angle of ≥16°, a minimum ground clearance of 180mm, a lowered center of gravity, reducing the risk of rollover, and can operate stably on uneven ground; the maximum undercover depth is 500mm, and the excellent undercover and gang clearance performance can achieve 100% mechanized operations with loading.
The side-discharging rock loader is driven by a diesel engine and adopts a crawler type. It has a large bucket volume, good insertion force, short unloading time, and full-section operation, which significantly improves work efficiency. It is equipped with an intrinsically safe operating circuit and an explosion-proof design that can operate safely in flammable and explosive environments. It has fast side-unloading and reduces cycle time. The hydraulic cylinder controls the lateral flipping of the bucket and can directly unload materials to the transportation equipment on the side of the tunnel without adjusting the position of the equipment or secondary transfer. The bucket can penetrate deep into the bottom of the rock pile and cooperate with the side unloading function to achieve full-section loading, which is suitable for complex cross-section construction such as level lanes, inclined lanes and intersections. In tunnels with larger cross-sections, its high-tech productivity advantages are particularly prominent.
