1. Efficient operation integration platform
It integrates the four major functions of slag handling, loading, piping, and truck loading to form a closed-loop operation chain. The full-section rock loading capability ensures that no missing areas are left on the working surface, eliminating the need for manual cleaning of corners and improving the overall speed of the operation.
2. Rapid architecture design scenarios
The expansion folding device, cable drum, tractor, etc. can be quickly replaced with tools within 5 minutes; the excavation height, width and main body switching width can be adjusted on site. The normal climbing ability is ±20°, and the customized version can be increased to ±30°.
3. Multiple models to choose from, a new level of safe operation
The crawler model adopts a low ground pressure structure and has excellent performance to cope with complex terrains such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the compact model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The real-time load monitoring system avoids overload damage and ensures operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and coordinated and reduces fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and simple and fast maintenance.
Backhoe loaders, also known as slag scrapers, are particularly suitable for slag extraction operations with small cross-sections in tunnels. It can be used for excavation and loading in various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts, and is also suitable for mining and loading in various mines. In tunnel excavation projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels, slag scrapers also play an important role.
It consists of seven systems: hydraulic, electronic control, working arm, chassis, transport tank, cab and frame. The use of the slag scraper in conjunction with the blasting and excavation process is effective. During operation, the slag scraper is backed up and parked. The excavation drilling vehicle is driven to drill the hole head-on. Then the drilling rig is backed up to provide protection. The hole is filled with explosives and fired. After the slag is scattered, the slag scraper is driven forward to discharge the slag. Afterwards, the secondary transport belt conveyor, scraper conveyor or mine car can be connected.
