Efficient Side Unloading Rock Loader
1.Trackless self-propelled power
It uses a diesel engine as the power source and has its own tracks, without relying on external facilities such as cables and air ducts. Flexible movement, quick and convenient working location, greatly reducing auxiliary work time.
2.Wide operating range
Not limited by cable length or air duct distance, it can easily access remote, dispersed or pioneering working surfaces for operations, and is especially suitable for long-distance and large-scale slag removal tasks.
The power system of the side-discharging rock loader is equipped with a high-power diesel engine to meet the requirements for underground explosion prevention.
The hydraulic system drives the bucket to achieve lateral discharge, with a discharge angle of up to 55°, which is more suitable for narrow space operations than the traditional front discharge method.
It has a large bucket capacity and strong insertion force, has high productivity, can quickly complete loading tasks, and significantly reduces labor intensity.
It adopts a crawler-type traveling mechanism, which has a small grounding specific pressure and strong climbing ability, and can adapt to underground uneven road surfaces and slope operations. Its structure is relatively compact and its turning radius is small, making it especially suitable for construction in narrow tunnels.
The bucket can be flipped to one side for unloading. This unloading method reduces the equipment's requirements for the unloading position, eliminates the need to turn around, reduces the waiting time of transport vehicles, and improves overall operating efficiency.
