Good Side Unloading Rock Loader
1.Strong rock loading capacity
Using a large bucket and a high-power hydraulic system, a large amount of ore rock can be shoveled at one time, with short cycle time and strong continuous operation capability.
2.Continuous operation without turning around
After the side-discharging rock loader is shoveled, you only need to flip the bucket to one side of the fuselage to unload the ore rock into the mine car or conveyor on the side. There is no need to reverse and turn around as frequently as the rear-loading type, which greatly reduces the empty stroke and auxiliary time.
The crawler running part of the side discharge rock loader consists of the crawler assembly, left and right frames, support wheels, support sprockets, guide wheels, tensioning devices, driving wheels, etc. The crawler tracks are in direct contact with the ore on the tunnel floor and bear the full weight of the machine and tunnel forces.
The side discharge rock loader adopts lubricated combined crawler tracks. Rollers are used to transfer the weight of the machine body to the tracks. It also moves the body along the rails. It is also used to clamp the track so that it does not slide laterally; when turning, it forces the track to slide laterally on the ground.
