Heavy Duty Side Unloading Rock Loader
1.Strong shoveling force
It adopts a fully hydraulic system to provide strong digging force and shoveling force. It can easily insert into hard rock piles and has excellent ability to deal with large rocks and heavy-load conditions.
2.Sturdy and durable structure
Designed for harsh mining conditions, key structural parts such as boom, bucket, frame, etc. are made of high-strength steel plates, which have strong impact and wear resistance and long equipment life.
Side-unloading rock loaders have sufficient traction and usually use crawler-type traveling mechanisms. They have small ground pressure, large traction, and strong climbing ability. They can operate stably even on muddy and uneven tunnel floors and are not prone to slipping.
It is suitable for small spaces. The lateral unloading feature does not require a large turning radius and can work flexibly in relatively narrow and low tunnels.
Adaptable to a variety of tunnel conditions, whether it is a straight wall, semi-circular arch, or trapezoidal tunnel section, the side discharge rock loader can adapt well.
