60 Side Unloading Rock Loader
1.Strong continuous operation capability
The side-unloading rock loader adopts the cycle operation mode of "shovel loading-side unloading-resetting", with coherent movements and fast speed. The unloading direction is perpendicular to the forward direction of the machine, and it consumes the same amount of time as the front unloading equipment does in order to unload materials, which roughly outlines the time of each working cycle.
2.Seamlessly matched with transfer equipment
The side-unloading design can easily unload stones directly into the mine car or shuttle mine car on the side of the dock, realizing the loading and transportation of cargo operations and greatly reducing the time for equipment to wait for each other.
The diesel engine of the side-discharging rock loader provides power, and the crawler-type traveling mechanism has its own power. It can move flexibly without cable towing, and can adapt to various terrains and slopes.
Forward loading and side unloading working mode, the hydraulic cylinder operates the bucket with strong insertion force and large bucket volume. Side unloading reduces the time for turning around, the operation cycle is continuous, and the production efficiency is high.
It has small grounding specific pressure, sufficient traction, and strong climbing ability. It can operate stably on muddy and uneven tunnel floors and adapt to harsh working conditions.
Bucket volumes usually have different specifications such as 0.6m³, 0.8m³, 1.0m³, etc.; they can meet the loading requirements of tunnels with different cross-sections.
