1. Integrated operation
Through the integrated design of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading, the switching time of operation links is reduced. The full-section rock loading capability ensures that no missing areas are left on the working surface, eliminating the need for manual cleaning and improving the working speed.
2. Compact tracks, easy to traverse complex terrain
The crawler model adopts a low ground pressure structure and can easily cope with complex terrains such as mud and loose sand through its excellent performance.
3. Flexible customized operating system
It is equipped with a crushing device, cable drum, belt conveyor, etc. that can be quickly replaced, and tool switching can be completed in 5 minutes; the excavation size and body width can be customized on site. The conventional climbing angle is ±20°, and the large-slope version can be upgraded to ±30°.
As a professional equipment for continuous and efficient mining, the slag scraper is specially designed for the construction of small-section tunnels in mines, and has become an ideal replacement equipment for rake rock loaders and vertical claw loaders. In various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and shaft tunnels, it stands out with its efficient operating capacity and stable performance; in the mining and loading process of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore, it is the core equipment to ensure smooth production. In addition, slag scrapers are also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It has a fully hydraulically controlled crawler structure, and the unique backhoe system acts as a precise "positioner" to quickly pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute. The scraper transport mechanism then relies on the scraper transport mechanism to orderly transport the materials from the front to the connecting equipment at the rear. At the same time, the bucket can also clean the working surface and improve the working environment. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has abundant power, strong climbing ability, and flexibility. It can operate freely even in wet tunnels with water accumulation, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient advancement of the project.
