1. Efficient operation throughout the entire process
It adopts a four-in-one integrated design of slag removal, loading, conveying and loading to form a single-equipment full-process operation system. The full-section rock loading technology covers the entire working plane, eliminating the need for manual intervention and improving work efficiency.
2. Multifunctional quick change
Expandable crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc. are equipped with quick-change devices to enable tool replacement within 5 minutes; the excavation height, width and body width can be customized as needed. The standard climbing capacity is ±20°, and the customized model can reach a large slope of ±30°.
3. Applicable to multiple scenarios, setting a new benchmark for safe operation
Low grounding specific pressure, adaptable to complex terrain such as mud and sand. Multiple models are available, and the compact model can enter low tunnels.
The mucking loader is a practical equipment for continuous and efficient mining. It is an ideal substitute for rake rock loaders and claw loaders in mining operations. It is specially built for slag loading construction in small-section tunnels. In the excavation and loading operations of inclined shafts and vertical shafts in mines, it can efficiently complete the slag loading task no matter what complex geological conditions and cross-section conditions are faced; at the mining and loading sites of phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore and other ores, it is an important tool to improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity. At the same time, slag scrapers also play an indispensable role in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It uses a fully hydraulically supported crawler design, and the unique backhoe system is like a dexterous "operator" to accurately pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute, and then quickly transport the materials from the front to the rear connection equipment through the scraper transport mechanism. Moreover, the bucket can also clean the work surface and keep the work area clean and orderly. Its crawler running mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong performance, strong climbing force, and good maneuverability. It can work stably and reliably in damp tunnels with water accumulation, ensuring that the project proceeds as planned.
