Integrate all aspects of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading into one, reducing equipment switching time. The full-section rock loading capacity ensures full coverage of the working surface, eliminating the need for manual cleaning and improving operating efficiency.
2. Customized job adaptation
It supports the addition of crushing devices, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and implements 5-minute tool switching through the quick-change system; excavation parameters and body width can be customized on site, with conventional climbing angles of ±20° and large slope models up to ±30°.
3. Terrain adaptation expert, ensuring operational safety
Available in multiple specifications, the small model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The load monitoring system provides real-time warning of overload risks to avoid equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and impact-free, with good coordination and reducing operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and easy maintenance.
The mucking loader can be called the "star equipment" for continuous and efficient mining. It replaces the traditional rake rock loader and vertical claw loader in the mine and accurately solves the problem of slag loading in small-section tunnel construction. In various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and shaft tunnels, it has won wide recognition for its excellent operating efficiency and reliable performance; in the mining and loading of phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore and other ores, it is a key factor to ensure efficient and stable production. In addition, slag scrapers are also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It is a fully hydraulically propelled crawler structure. The unique backhoe system acts as an efficient "collector" to quickly pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute. The scraper transport mechanism then relies on the scraper transport mechanism to orderly transport the materials from the front to the connecting equipment at the rear. At the same time, the bucket can also clean the working surface and improve the working environment. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has sufficient power, strong climbing ability, and flexibility. It can operate normally even in wet tunnels with water accumulation, providing strong support for the smooth completion of the project.
