The crawler model can adapt well to complex terrain conditions such as mud and loose sand due to its small ground contact pressure. Its modular design allows key components such as the hydraulic arm to be quickly disassembled and replaced, effectively shortening maintenance time. At the same time, electric drive eliminates the need for diesel engine oil, filters and other consumables, resulting in lower maintenance costs.
The application scenarios of slag scrapers cover a wide range of applications. In the mining process, whether it is the mining and loading operations of metallic or non-metallic ores, or the excavation and loading operations of different sections such as inclined shafts, vertical shafts, and tunnels, it can efficiently handle it. In engineering fields such as tunnel excavation and diversion tunnels, slag scrapers also demonstrate their extraordinary capabilities. Its fully hydraulic crawler chassis and backhoe system can accurately grab rocks or ores, and quickly transfer materials to rear equipment, such as mine trucks or belt conveyors, through the central scraper conveyor to achieve continuous slag discharging operations.
The powerful hydraulic crawler drive device gives it good climbing ability and can maintain stable operation even in complex and rugged terrain or wet and water-logged tunnels. In the blasting excavation process, the slag scraper needs to be parked 20 meters away to make room for the drill rig to drill holes. After the explosive blasting is completed, the scattered slag and rocks are quickly cleaned up and seamlessly cooperated with subsequent secondary transport belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment to ensure a compact and efficient operation process.
