1. Integrated operation

2. Preferred for complex terrain operations
The crawler model has a smaller ground contact pressure and can easily cope with complex road conditions such as mud and loose sand. Adopting a modular structure, core components such as conveyor belts and hydraulic arms can be quickly replaced, significantly shortening maintenance time. Moreover, the electric drive method reduces the use of diesel engine oil, filters and other consumables, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
The application scenarios of the slag scraper are very wide. In mining operations, whether it is the mining and loading of metal or non-metallic ores, or the excavation and loading tasks of various cross-sections such as inclined shafts, vertical shafts, and tunnels, it can be successfully completed. In engineering projects such as tunnel excavation and diversion tunnels, slag scrapers also perform brilliantly. It is equipped with a fully hydraulic crawler chassis and backhoe system that can accurately grab rocks or ores, and use the central scraper conveyor to quickly transport materials to rear equipment, such as mine trucks or belt conveyors, to achieve continuous slag discharge.
The powerful hydraulic crawler drive device allows it to have excellent climbing ability and can operate stably even in complex and rugged terrain or wet and water-logged tunnels. In the process of blasting and excavation, the slag scraper must first be moved 20 meters away and parked aside to leave space for the drilling rig to drill holes; after the explosive is blasted, the scattered slag and rocks are quickly cleaned up and closely connected with subsequent secondary transport belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment to ensure an efficient and orderly operation process.
