Crawler-type equipment has a small grounding specific pressure and can well adapt to complex terrain environments such as mud and loose sand. The modular design allows important components such as conveyor belts and hydraulic arms to be quickly replaced, shortening maintenance time.
The application scenarios of the slag scraper are extremely rich and diverse. In the mining process, whether it is the mining and loading tasks of metallic or non-metallic ores, or the excavation and loading work of different sections such as inclined shafts, vertical shafts, and tunnels, it can be efficiently accomplished. In terms of tunnel excavation and diversion tunnel projects, the slag scraper also shows excellent performance. It is equipped with a fully hydraulic crawler chassis and backhoe system that can accurately grab rocks or ores, and use the central scraper conveyor to quickly transfer materials to rear equipment, such as mine trucks or belt conveyors, to achieve continuous slag discharging function.The powerful hydraulic crawler drive device has excellent climbing ability and can operate stably even in complex and rugged terrain or wet and water-logged tunnels. In the process of blasting and excavation, the slag scraper must first be moved 20 meters away and parked aside to create space for the drill rig to drill holes. After the explosive is blasted, the scattered slag and rocks must be quickly cleaned up and work closely with subsequent secondary transport belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment to ensure an efficient and smooth operation process.
