The core excavation and transportation function is equipped with a high-strength scraper bucket, and the cutting edge is designed for wear resistance, enabling easy crushing of large chunks of coal waste. It is combined with a hydraulic drive device to achieve stepless speed regulation. The scraping force and frequency can be precisely adjusted to avoid material jams. The belt conveying capacity can reach up to 220 m³/h, and the continuous conveying capacity is 50% higher than that of traditional equipment, completely solving the problems of slow manual slag removal and material accumulation delaying the construction schedule. The crawler chassis is equipped with anti-slip patterns and a hydraulic leveling system, which can smoothly adapt to slopes of ≤ 32°, narrow tunnels, and waterlogged conditions, resolving the difficulties in passing through complex terrains.
The integrated electro-hydraulic control system enables single-person operation, precisely controlling the integrated process of excavation, transportation, and loading.
