Its core advantages are reflected in: the bucket has the dual functions of lifting heavy materials and short-distance transportation; the deformable platform design meets the dynamic management needs of the roof; the hydraulic power output interface supports the operation of equipment such as anchor drills; the intelligent bottom cleaning system realizes the mechanization of the loading process and promotes the transformation of work towards intelligentization.
3. Operation under harsh working conditions
Using special alloy materials and heat treatment technology, the bucket assembly has both strong thrust and long service life. It can cover all cross-sections without dead corners and perform well in complex cross-lane construction.
With fully hydraulic motor-driven crawler walking as the core, the bucket is controlled by multi-stage hydraulic cylinders to achieve precise loading and side unloading. The equipment is equipped with an audible and optical bell and LED lighting system, allowing it to operate safely in mines with high gas concentrations. Its low-noise design and explosion-proof electrical system have passed mine safety certification to ensure operator health and equipment reliability. The original "shovel-free" undercover cleaning function can completely remove coal accumulation at the bottom of the tunnel, secondaryly reduce dust pollution, and promote green coal mine production.
