The side discharge rock loader is a new generation of crawler-type trackless loading equipment, which plays an irreplaceable role in mining operations. It is mainly used for loading coal, rock and ore in coal mines and other mine tunnels, and also performs well in rock loading scenarios in small-section full-rock tunnels.
This equipment has many advantages and has a large insertion force. It can easily handle various hard materials and quickly cut in for loading; it has good maneuverability and can move flexibly and shuttle freely in narrow and curved tunnels; it has full-section operation capabilities to improve the coverage and efficiency of operations; it is high in safety, providing safe work guarantee for operators; and it has multiple functions, making one machine multi-purpose.
If equipped with a breaker hammer, it can effectively break large rocks and coal, accelerate the excavation speed, and bring good comprehensive economic benefits. It consists of a side-mounted shovel mechanism, crawler traveling assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system, electrical system and other parts. All parts work closely together to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment. Users can select the appropriate equipment model based on the actual tunnel section and loading efficiency requirements.
