1. Efficient operation throughout the entire process
It integrates the four functions of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading into one, forming a closed-loop operation system. The full-section rock loading technology covers the entire working plane, eliminates blind spots for cleaning, eliminates the need for manual processing, and improves working efficiency.
2. Efficient modular design
It can be attached with crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc., and is equipped with a quick-change mechanism to realize tool switching in 5 minutes; the excavation height, width and body width can be customized. The normal climbing grade is ±20°, and the large slope model can be ±30°.
3. New paradigm of green power
Adopting a fully electric-hydraulic drive mode, energy consumption is significantly reduced and operating costs are better. Zero tail gas emissions throughout the process meet green mining standards. The hydraulic system is equipped with an air-cooled heat dissipation module, which not only achieves energy saving and efficiency improvement, but also effectively reduces the probability of equipment operation failure.
Backhoe loaders, commonly known as slag scrapers, can meet the slag extraction needs of small cross-sections in tunnels. It is suitable for excavation and loading of various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts and tunnels, and is also used for mining and loading of various types of mines. It plays an important role in tunnel excavation projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels. It consists of seven major systems, including hydraulics, electronic control, etc. During blasting and excavation operations, the slag scraper moves backwards and the drill truck moves forward to drill holes. After drilling, the drill truck retreats for protection. After charging and blasting, the slag and rocks are scattered. The slag scraper discharges the slag, and then the second conveyor belt conveyor can be connected.
