2. Rapid expansion of multiple scenarios
Expandable crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc. are equipped with a quick-change system to enable tool switching in 5 minutes; the excavation parameters and body width can be adjusted as needed. The conventional climbing angle is ±20°, and the large-slope model can be increased to ±30°.
3. Terrain adaptation expert, safe and worry-free operation
The crawler model adopts a low ground pressure structure and has excellent performance to cope with complex terrains such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the small model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The real-time load monitoring system avoids overload damage and ensures operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and coordinated and reduces fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and convenient and quick maintenance.
Backhoe loaders, often called slag scrapers, can meet the slag removal requirements of small cross-sections in tunnels. It is suitable for excavation and loading operations of various sections of mine inclined shafts and vertical shafts and tunnels, and is also used for mining and loading of various types of mines. It is widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway and highway tunnels and water diversion tunnels. It consists of seven major systems, such as hydraulics, electronic control, etc. During blasting and excavation operations, the slag scraper moves backwards and the drill truck moves forward to drill holes. After drilling, the drill truck retreats for protection. After charging and blasting, the debris and rocks are scattered. The slag scraper discharges the slag. Afterwards, the second transport belt conveyor and other equipment can be connected.
