1. Uninterrupted operating system
Through the four-in-one integrated design of slag removal, loading, conveying and loading, the operation process is continuous. The full-section rock loading technology covers the entire operating plane, eliminating blind spots for cleaning, reducing manual intervention, and improving overall operating efficiency.
2. Customized job adaptation
It is equipped with accessories such as breakers, cable drums, and belt conveyors that can be quickly replaced, and the replacement time only takes 5 minutes. The excavation parameters and body size can be adjusted according to the on-site environment. The conventional climbing angle is ±20°, and the large-slope model can be increased to ±30°.
3. Excellent terrain adaptability, safe and worry-free operation
The crawler model is designed with low ground pressure and has strong passability, and can adapt to complex terrains such as mud and loose sand. Available in multiple specifications, the small model is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The load monitoring system provides real-time warning of overload risks to avoid equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and impact-free, with good coordination and reducing operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and simple and convenient maintenance.
The slag scraper is a key piece of equipment for continuous and efficient mining. It can fully replace traditional mine rake rock loaders and claw loading equipment, and efficiently meet the slag loading needs of small-section tunnel operations. It is widely used in various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and vertical shaft tunnels. It is also very common in the excavation and loading operations of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, and manganese ore. It is also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and diversion tunnel projects.The slag scraper is equipped with a fully hydraulic crawler structure and uses a special backhoe device to excavate rocks or ores. After the materials are collected through the central scraper conveyor, the scraper transport system transports them from the front end of the equipment to the back-end docking equipment. At the same time, the bucket can be used to clean the work surface. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has ample power, strong climbing ability and good maneuverability, and can operate smoothly in damp tunnels with water accumulation.
