In mining operations, side discharge rock loaders are outstanding representatives of the new generation of crawler trackless loading equipment. It is mainly used for loading coal, rock and ore in tunnels of coal mines and other mines, and is also capable of loading rocks in small-section full-rock tunnels. This equipment has the advantages of queue, large insertion force, and can easily cope with various impacts; good maneuverability, and can flexibly turn in narrow and curved tunnels; it has full-section operating capabilities to improve operating efficiency; it has good safety, providing a safe working environment for operators; and it has multiple functions, making one machine multi-purpose.
In addition to loading, it can also provide power for hydraulic drilling tools and serve as a working platform during support to complete short-distance transportation, undercover work, and gang cleaning on the working surface. If equipped with a breaker hammer, it can effectively break large rocks and coal, speed up the excavation, and bring good economic benefits. It consists of a side-mounted shovel mechanism, crawler traveling assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic operating system, driving control system, electrical system and other parts. All parts work together to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment.
