1. Intelligent operation integration system
It integrates the four functions of slag removal, loading, transportation and loading to form a single-equipment full-process operation chain. The full-section rock loading technology covers all areas of the working surface, eliminating the need for manual cleaning of corners and achieving efficient and continuous operations.
2. Multi-purpose quick change
It supports the addition of crushing devices, cable drums, belt conveyor systems, etc., and the quick-change device enables tool replacement within 5 minutes. The excavation height, width and body width support on-site customization. The standard climbing angle is ±20°, and customized models can reach ±30°.
3. Applicable to multiple scenarios, new choice for safe operation
The low ground contact pressure track design enhances passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and the compact model can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of operations in narrow spaces. The overload alarm system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control technology enables smooth and shock-free operation and reduces operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and simple and efficient maintenance.
The slag scraper is a powerful player in the field of continuous and efficient mining. It perfectly replaces the traditional mining rake bucket rock loader and vertical claw loader. It is especially suitable for the slag loading requirements of small-section tunnel construction. In the excavation and loading operations of inclined shafts and vertical shafts in mines, it can complete tasks efficiently when faced with various cross-sections; it is an indispensable "main force" at the mining and loading sites of phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore and other ores. At the same time, slag scrapers also play a vital role in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
It has a fully hydraulically controlled crawler structure, and the unique backhoe system is like a precise "scalpel", which can easily pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute, and then use the scraper transport mechanism to orderly transport the materials from the front to the connecting equipment at the rear. Moreover, the bucket can also clean the working surface and keep the working area tidy. Its crawler running mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has excellent performance, strong climbing force, and excellent maneuverability. It can work stably in damp tunnels with accumulated water, providing a strong guarantee for project advancement.
