Equipped with breaker hammers, cable drums, tractors, etc. that can be quickly replaced, tool switching can be completed within 5 minutes; the excavation size and chassis width can be adjusted according to on-site needs. The conventional climbing angle is ±20°, and the large slope model can reach ±30°.
3. Compact crawler tracks, full coverage of complex terrain
The crawler model is designed with low ground pressure and has strong passability, and can easily cope with complex terrain such as mud and loose sand. Providing multiple specifications to choose from, the small equipment is suitable for low tunnel operations and meets the needs of small spaces. The load monitoring system provides real-time warning of overload risks to avoid equipment damage and ensure operational safety. Pilot valve control ensures smooth operation without impact, good coordination, and reduces operating fatigue; the hydraulic system is highly reliable and easy to maintain.
The slag scraper can be called the "pioneer" for continuous and efficient ore extraction in mines and tunnel operations. As a high-quality alternative to mine rake rock loaders and vertical claw loaders, it is specially designed for slag loading operations in small-section tunnel construction. In the field of mining, whether it is the excavation and loading operations of various complex sections in inclined shafts and vertical shaft tunnels, or the excavation and loading of different ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, manganese ore, slag scrapers show their talents with their excellent performance. In terms of tunnel engineering, its busy presence can be seen everywhere in the excavation operations of railway tunnels, highway tunnels, water diversion tunnels, etc.
It adopts a fully hydraulically driven crawler structure with a compact and practical design. The unique backhoe system is like a dexterous "arm" to accurately pick up rocks or ores and send them to the central scraper transport chute. The scraper transport mechanism then steadily transports the materials from the front to various connecting equipment at the rear. In addition, the bucket can clean the working surface in time to ensure a clean and tidy working environment. Its crawler running mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong power, strong climbing ability, and flexibility, and can travel smoothly even in wet roadways with water accumulation.
