2. Modular rapid expansion
Expandable crushing modules, cable drums, belt conveyors, etc. are equipped with quick-change devices to enable 5-minute tool replacement; the excavation parameters and body width can be customized. The standard climbing ability is ±20°, and the customized version can reach a large slope of ±30°.
3.Two guarantees of terrain adaptability and operational safety
The low ground contact pressure crawler design improves passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and the small model can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of operations in narrow spaces. The overload protection system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure safe operation. Pilot valve control technology enables smooth operation and reduces impact and fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and is easy to maintain and efficient.
As a continuous and high-efficiency mining equipment, the slag scraper can effectively replace the traditional rake rock loader and vertical claw loader, and is fully adapted to the slag loading conditions of small-section tunnel construction. Covering the excavation and loading operations of different sections of mine inclined shafts, vertical shafts and tunnels, as well as the mining and loading operations of ores such as phosphorus, iron, manganese and other ores, slag scrapers are indispensable. At the same time, it also has important applications in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.
The slag scraper is equipped with a fully hydraulic crawler traveling mechanism and uses a special backhoe system to scrape the mineral materials. After the materials are collected in the central scraper collecting tank, they are transported from the front to the rear-end connection equipment by the scraper conveyor. Moreover, the bucket can clean the work surface. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has excellent performance, strong climbing ability and flexible movement, and can operate normally in wet and water-filled tunnels.
