The pilot valve control makes the operation smooth and coordinated and reduces fatigue; the hydraulic system has high reliability and simple and fast maintenance.
The slag scraper is a practical equipment for continuous and efficient mining. It can replace the mining rake rock loader and vertical claw loader to meet the needs of slag loading for small-section tunnel construction. It is commonly used in various cross-section excavation and loading operations of mine inclined shafts and vertical shaft tunnels. It is also frequently used in the excavation and loading operations of ores such as phosphate ore, iron ore, and manganese ore. It is also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and diversion tunnel projects.The slag scraper adopts a fully hydraulic crawler structure, uses a unique backhoe system to scrape rocks or ores, puts them into the central scraper transport tank, and then relies on the scraper transport mechanism to transport the materials from the front to the rear connection equipment. At the same time, the bucket can be used to clean the work surface. Its crawler traveling mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong power, good climbing ability, and good maneuverability, and can work normally in damp roadways with water accumulation.
