The standard climbing grade is ±20°, and the customized version can reach a steep slope of ±30°.

The low ground contact pressure track design enhances passability and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and sand. A variety of models are available, and small equipment can enter low tunnels to meet the needs of narrow space operations. The overload alarm system monitors the load in real time to prevent equipment damage and ensure operational safety. The pilot valve control technology enables smooth and shock-free operation and reduces operating fatigue; the hydraulic system has a low failure rate and makes maintenance convenient and efficient.
The slag scraper is a continuous and high-efficiency mining equipment. It is an ideal replacement product for the mining rake rock loader and vertical claw loader. It can meet the slag loading requirements of small-section tunnel construction. Slag scrapers play a key role in various cross-section excavation and loading operations in mine inclined shafts and shaft tunnels, as well as in mining and loading operations for ores such as phosphorus, iron, and manganese. In addition, it is also widely used in tunnel excavation projects such as railway tunnels, highway tunnels, and water diversion tunnels.The slag scraper has a fully hydraulic crawler structure. It uses a unique backhoe system to scrape rocks or ores, send them to the central scraper transport tank, and then transport the materials from the front to the rear connection equipment through the scraper transport mechanism. Moreover, the bucket can clean the work surface. Its crawler running mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor has strong performance, strong climbing force, and flexibility, and can work stably in wet and water-logged tunnels.
