The crawler-type device can freely shuttle through complex terrain such as mud and loose sand due to its small ground contact pressure. Its modular design allows core components such as conveyor belts and hydraulic arms to be quickly replaced, effectively improving maintenance efficiency.
The application scenarios of the slag scraper are quite wide. In the mining process, whether it is the mining and loading tasks of metallic or non-metallic ores, or the excavation and loading operations of different sections such as inclined shafts, vertical shafts, and tunnels, it can achieve efficient results. In terms of tunnel excavation and water diversion tunnels, the slag scraper also shows great strength. The hydraulic crawler chassis and backhoe system are used to accurately grab rocks or ores. Subsequently, the central scraper conveyor trough is used to quickly transport the material to the rear mine car or belt conveyor and other equipment to achieve the goal of continuous slag discharging.
The powerful hydraulic crawler drive gives the equipment excellent gradeability. Whether it is facing complex and rugged terrain conditions or wet and water-logged tunnel conditions, it can operate stably. In the process of blasting and excavation, the slag scraper must first be moved 20 meters away and parked aside to make room for the drilling rig. After the explosives are blasted, the scattered slag and rocks must be quickly cleaned up and work closely with subsequent secondary transport belt conveyors, scraper conveyors and other equipment to ensure an efficient and compact operation process.
