1.Solid structural design
The entire machine is welded with heavy-duty steel plates, and key parts such as buckets, arm bases, and discharge arms have been strengthened to withstand impacts and heavy loads under harsh working conditions.
2.Fully hydraulic transmission
Compared with mechanical transmission, the hydraulic system runs more smoothly, can effectively buffer impact loads, protect power components, and reduce failure points. At the same time, the hydraulic system has an automatic overload protection function. When the shoveling resistance is too high, the system will overflow to avoid mechanical damage caused by forced operations.
The hydraulic side unloading rock loader has a simple, compact and clear structure, which is easy to use and maintain. It consists of an oil tank, an oil pump, a multi-way reversing valve and an oil cylinder. The entire hydraulic system has a simple structure and flexible operation.
The oil pump uses dual pumps as the power source. The dual pumps have a rated working pressure of 18MP and a large rated flow rate. They have a load control function and can automatically adjust the pump displacement according to load changes to maintain the best power output of the entire power system.
It uses a walking motor to drive the crawler track, which has small size, strong load-bearing capacity, large output torque, and overload protection function.
There are four hydraulic cylinders, all of which use standard cylinders, two lifting cylinders, one dump cylinder, and one side discharge cylinder, which are used to control the shoveling, excavation and rollover of the bucket. The movements are odd, coordinated and reliable.
