The Best Side Dump Loader is a next-generation trackless loading machine with crawler travel, designed for efficient handling of coal, rock, or other ores in mine roadways. It is also well-suited for rock loading in small-section, all-rock tunnels. Offering strong insertion force, excellent maneuverability, full-section operation, high safety, and multi-functionality, it delivers superior performance in demanding underground environments.
Beyond standard loading tasks, the machine can supply power to hydraulic drilling tools, serve as a work platform for support operations, and perform short-distance transport, backfilling, and face cleaning. When equipped with a breaker, it can crush oversized rocks and coal blocks, significantly accelerating tunneling progress and improving overall economic efficiency.
The ZCY series fully hydraulic side dump loader consists of seven main components: side-loading shovel mechanism, crawler traveling assembly, frame assembly, hydraulic system, driving control system, and electrical system.
Available in multiple power specifications according to loading capacity, users can select the ideal model based on tunnel dimensions and desired loading efficiency.
