The diesel side-discharge rock loader is a front-loading side-discharge loading equipment that uses a diesel engine as the power source, crawlers, and hydraulic cylinders to operate the bucket. It is specially designed for tunnel excavation in coal mines and can efficiently load coal, rock, ore and other materials.
Its core advantage is that it can adapt to harsh mine working conditions and has the characteristics of strong overload capacity, reliable operation, simple structure, and easy maintenance. It is especially suitable for high gas and coal dust explosion hazardous environments and humid and water-logged tunnel operations.
The working device adopts an independent hydraulic circuit and wear-resistant seals to adapt to high dust environments.
Crawler walking, strong climbing ability, can walk on 16° slope.
The front part of the bucket is made of wear-resistant steel plate, which can load highly abrasive materials.
